Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so keep that Google account secure. New accounts get one free credit, once per email address. Making extra accounts to collect more free credits, or otherwise abusing the service, can get accounts closed.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting it is permanent: your designs, logos, and purchases go with it, and any credits left are forfeited.

Credits and payments

Downloads are paid for with credits, bought in packs. Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and handles sales tax, so your purchase is also covered by Stripe's terms. We never see your card details.

Credits don't expire, have no cash value, and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. Credits are not refundable, whether used or unused, except where the law says otherwise. If a file you paid for fails to build, its credits come back to your account automatically.

Prices can change. A change never affects credits you already have or designs you've already bought.

Your downloads

Spending credits on a design buys that design's file. It stays in your account, and you can download it again, in any format your printer supports, for as long as your account exists.

What you can do with your files

For every design you buy, you may:

• print it as many times as you like, for yourself or as gifts;
• sell the physical prints, in any quantity, on Etsy, at markets, or anywhere else.

You may not:

• sell, share, give away, or upload the files themselves, or files made from them, anywhere;
• use the service to build a library of files for others to download.

The fonts are open-licensed (SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0), which allows all of the above. Your own logo is up to you (see below).

Your names and logos

What you type and upload stays yours. You let us store and process it to make your previews and files, and for nothing else. Your logos are private to your account.

Only upload artwork you have the right to use. Many team, school, and brand logos are trademarks, and selling prints of them needs the owner's permission. That's your responsibility, not ours. We may remove content that infringes someone's rights or breaks the law.

Printing

We check every design before you pay and make files carefully, but how a print turns out depends on your printer, filament, and settings, which we don't control. The service and its files are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Small printed parts, such as keychains, can be a choking hazard, so keep them away from young children.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect, and using the site afterwards means you accept it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
